Fitness is about movement at a level that benefits YOU! It’s the knowledge and understanding of correct alignment, posture, joints: structure and range of movement in relation to the activity your doing and the body in action. It’s about the fitness components of strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility and how to develop these through training principles. It’s the technical skills specific to a particular activity or movement being performed and about your nutritional intake and mental health.

One hour Private training session at £35 per hour.
What will happen in your first session. Janet will asses your physical ability and give you advice on how to proceeded. Advice on what type of exercise to work on or how to improve your strength, Cardio, and flexibility. Set achievable goals and help with lifestyle changes. The sky is the limit.
