It’s about strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility and how to develop these through training principles. It’s about understanding nutrition knowing what you put in your body, how much, and when, to help you reach your goals. It’s about making achievable life style changes and setting goals that will help you stay fit and healthy for the rest of your life.
